To whom it may concern,

As an individual investor, I am in support of this proposal. But it does not go nearly far enough. ALL short positions, including derivatives such as options and security-based swaps, should be required to be reported and available to the investing public in a timely manner. As it stands now, there's no way to know the legitimate adversarial players before deciding where to invest my hard-earned money. The current state of the market is already stacked in the "too big to fail" financial institutions' favor. This seems very un-American to me. Please level the playing field and ensure a fair and democratic market in America. Everyone should have the same advantage, opportunity, and access to investment data...not just those with the deepest pockets.

Thank you for your time.
