Would you explain how Reg FD can be enforced with respect to deaf people? It seems to me material information is regularly released during earnings calls that is unavailable to deaf people due to lack of transcripts. Most websites that offer timely transcripts charge for them. It seems that companies could easily produce transcripts alongside webcasts, presentations and earnings releases on their websites with a simple SEC rule extension.
