I am disappointed that my comment for the rule was lost due to technological error. This does not look good. I voiced my support of anything that increases transparency of short positions held & security swaps, and anything that reduces the delay in reporting. FTD rules should be enforced. A fair and level playing field is essential. I will send via email this time so that I have a paper trail Nathan Bower
