Dear SEC, As a retail investor, I have been crushed the past year by short selling abuses enabled by PFOF, routing off exchange, front running, and spoofing. I really wish you would address these issues in order to create a truly free market based on supply and demand, but at the very least, please impose transparency rules to protect people from the same thing happening to them. Otherwise, the day will come when retail simply chooses to not participate in the market anymore. Thank you, Christopher Bryce Dixon
