Dear SEC, I am absolutely FOR more Transparency! Wall street has become a way to steal from businesses and retail using loopholes from loosely written rules making it easy for them to borrow and short stocks on shares that they never have to locate. They do this to bring harm and destruction to companies and it is an absolute scourge on our financial markets. I hope you listened to the millions of investors and put the power back into rules and regulation and get it out of hedge funds and market makers hands. This rule will allow for companies to know who and when they are being attacked and hopefully will end this game of predatory short selling and killing great American companies! Sincerely, Jay Clarke
