Thank you for opening the comment window. The mere fact this is even up for debate is remarkable. Someone please explain how if an investor buys 5% of a public company they must file by name and position size but if you short 5% or 10% or 20% a short seller can remain anonymous.  


Its time for the SEC to stop providing anonymity to short sellers.
