I am in favor of these rules, and would like to see them implemented in the name of transparency and fairness. As an investor who has witness naked shorting, dark pool abuse, FTD’s, and fraud on a daily basis for years, this rule will make one more step into providing a free and fair market. All investors want are the same rules for all participants.
