As a law abiding, tax paying retail investor, I am voicing my approval for this ruling and its immediate implementation to improve the US Stock Market and provide a more fair and free system in which market participants can have accurate information and make informed decisions based on CURRENT AND ACCURATE data.
Thank you for acknowledging how it is truly unfair the power the big firms have over retail buyers.
I would like to also have this ruling expanded to include ALL SHORT OPTIONS. Options are being manipulated to hide short positions and naked puts which is creating fabricated and fictitious reporting data. This inclusion of ALL OPTIONS DATA must be added in order to correct the reporting data and hold all parties accountable for every transaction made in the open market.
