Hello Im Terry Hogan , and Im asking that S7-08-22 Short Position and Short Activity Reporting by Institutional Investment Managers rules be in-acted into law immediately. Our entire market has been ruined and gamed my institutional shorts . Large companies have been shorted to the ground , mercilessly, to no fault of their own .
This must stop in my opinion . As a retail investor , I think short sellers should be registered in EDGAR . I would also like to see all large short positions reported , and registered .
Regular retailers like myself have seen our savings and retirements vanish , thanks to irresponsible short sellers . Its time to hold them accountable. Please make S7-08-22
