Dear SEC,
Bein a data analyst and retail investor, I am not always equipped with the same tools that large hedge funds have access. I feel that being a data forward investor, I am at a significant disadvantage compared to larger market participants. Upon further due diligence of S7-08-22, I stand in favor of this rule so that us retail investors can have a equal playing field when trading publish companies. I always investigate short interest in prospective investment decisions but feel I am blind or lacking a clearer picture of true market information.
