Hello SEC,

The stock market is a cesspool of nefarious and harmful activities. For companies on the wrong side of a trade, as well as retail investors who are simply trying to offset the rising cost of living, low bank interest rates on savings accounts and for a semblance of a retirement. It would appear that naked short selling and the creation of synthetic shares have been common place among big actors, who abuse loopholes within the financial markets, which lacks the transparency required to manage the risk these actors pose. I really hope that this transparency ruling gets passed and these bad actors are exposed for what they are.

Regards,

A retail investor
