Abusive naked short selling is obviously going on, combined with the ability to route trades in dark pools what chance do retail investors have of being part of a fair system?
Being able to hide short positions or escape from them when trades go bad (Melvin: sorry, how did they close their position without it massively effecting the price? Via dark pools or some other unfair advantagous method?
Disclosure of short positions must include verification and proof that naked short selling is not happening due to the destructive effect it has and businesses and traders.
