Dear Sir, Madam,
As a retail investor, I would be very keen for these proposals to be instituted. This would allow regulatory bodies to have a much better grasp of all the actual short positions that institutions hold and decrease the extent to which predatory tactics can be employed and reduce the disguise of these.
