I am so grateful to the SEC for finally taking a closer look at the harmful activity that the T-2 system has facilitated. Because of T-2 and the lack of transparency, market makers and hedge funds have been given unhindered opportunities to abuse/short and ruin great companies all while taking advantage of retail investors. Please implement this rule/law as soon as possible in order to cause the market makers and hedge funds to cease and desist their abuse of retail investors.
Thank you for your efforts in bring forth this needed change to promote fairness in the market for retail investors.
