I would like to personally thank you for proposing this new rule. As you know market makers and Hedge Funds have abused the T-2 system to their advantage for long enough and leveraged themselves unfairly against retail investors.
This is a much-needed change for market transparency and to ensure a fair playing field for everyone involved.
