Thank you so much for proposing this new rule. For many years Hedge Funds and market makers have been taking advantage and abusing T-2 system to themselves and also against retail investors. This proposal should give us as retail investors a much needed fair playing field and will also bring confidence to continue investing in US market. We thank you
