I would like to personally thank the SEC for proposing this new rule.
Market makers and hedge funds have abused the T2 system to their advantage and used it to leverage against retail investors for far too long.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. All I am asking for is a fair market with timely accurate data, fair practices, and transparency.
