Thank you for acknowledging how it is truly unfair the power the big firms have over retail buyers. I hope this rule is in effect right now and actions/ disciplines will be taken to the larger firms/hedge funds. If no severe consequences are going to be applied to them then I am afraid the integrity of the market will be questioned and eventually not worth retails money and time.
