Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this proposal. I am in favor of increasing transparency regarding institutional short selling. I am a retail investor so I do not know of all the loopholes large institutions use but I want SEC proposals to have teeth and be strict enough to actually change behavior. I am not interested in lip service on behalf of regulatory institutions while Hedge Funds and Large Banks continue to act without meaningful restriction. I also want punitive actions to outstrip the benefits of breaking the law. Otherwise these rules are only a small tax on way to maximized profits. Thanks again for the opportunity to comment and I will be keeping track of how well the SEC is able to restrain what I see as widespread abuse against retail investors.
