This is a start but much more needs to be done on the obvious naked shorting in the stock market. It is obvious that the SEC ignores the issue. And the fact that you will not implement this until 2024 is a joke. \"It is good but we will give the bad players time to get out of their illegal activities and prepare new ways to continue their illegal activities\".
