I am opposed to this regulation change. As a small investor, the 13f filing rule as it stands provides an enormous benefit for me to gain confidence by seeing what stocks have been purchased by professionals. I would like to see a push for more disclosure, not less. Increasing the minimum to $3.5 billion will eliminate most of the professional investors I follow and will be a step backwards in the financial literacy of small investors. Please consider keeping the existing requirement in place for portfolios between $100 million and $3.5 billion. Thank you for your consideration.
