In keeping with the SEC's own stated intention for capital market transparency, the threshold for reporting should NOT be raised. The public needs access to this common pool of data at current reporting levels in order to make informed investment decisions and to help maintain its trust in the current market environment. Less information conveys a feeling of secrecy and back-alley dealings more information is always better.
