Hello,
As a small individual investor I rely on knowing what businesses are owned by which institutional investors when doing my research and making the decision to purchase a company. Increasing the minimum threshold of funds under management will eliminate a vast amount of information that I rely on. For the record, I am against increasing the minimum threshold requirement for filing a 13f.
