I do not agree with this proposal.
This is a proposal that favors making the larger funds opaque and can get them into the bad habit of not tracking certain information which could be useful in future SEC investigations. Most funds, if they track their data properly, can generate a 13-F in moments time with a script. It makes little sense to put this in place for an administrative burden.
Going through with does very little in the way of anything.
