S7-08-20 eliminates transparency of stock sales and holdings that currently exist. Due to this lack of transparency that would be created, it would create an unlevel and unfair disadvantage to smaller investors. This new rule for the SEC must not be approved if some portion of investment fairness is to be maintained for the small stock market investors.
