In this age of distrust in almost everything it doesn't seem a good policy to shut the little guy out.
The information provided by 13F allows us to make informed decisions and see what the big guys may be planning.
Many of these larger traders talk with each other because it's their business and they have the time to do so.
Smaller traders like myself must rely on public informational resources such as the 13F.
Reducing the information available will reduce my ability to generate income and asset growth and increase risk.
I urge you not to pass this proposal.
