To whom it may concern:

Currently, money managers with more than $100 million in assets under management must file a 13F document detailing their holdings. Your proposal to increase this to 3.5 billion would decrease the publics awareness of what corporations are doing and how businesses are being run. This is important information for the average investor. Changing this would decrease information sharing and leave average investors in the dark. I am not a proponent of increasing the value for which a 13F must be filed. Thank you for your consideration.
