I am opposed to the rule the SEC is considering that would raise the threshold for 13F filers to $3.5 billion.

I believe greater transparency in the investment market will be sustained by the lower amount of $100 million.

I also believe it is in the best interests of our country to sustain transparency to the fullest possible extent in every form of regulatory administration.

Furthermore, I would like the SEC to lead my country (by its own example) to a higher level of integrity thus enhancing the public trust.
