The proposed raising of the Reporting threshold for institutional investment managers is a very bad idea. It will only limit the amount of information that is now available. This will not provide a level playing field but will decrease transparency and reduce both the Commission's and the public's access to information about our markets. I ask you not to raise the limit but to leave it where it is.
