Please do not pass this proposal of S7-08-20 into law. As the SEC has stated its intentions to create more transparency in the markets this new law is in fact going in the opposite direction of that statement by hiding investment activities of many institutional traders. Please stay true to the spirit of adding more not less transparency into the stock markets. Thank you
