Please do not change the $100 million threshold to $3.5 billion.

As a small investor, I need to see what individual "smaller" money managers are buying and selling and whether or not they are buying or selling.

Maintaining the $100 million threshold allows much more transparency than raising the threshold to $3.5 billion.

To quote Allison Herren Lee, the new proposal would reduce both the SEC's and the public's access to information about the markets.

Why would less information be better? It wouldn't.
