As a small investor knowing where the money is flowing helps to provide a transparent means to follow what is going on in the markets. This is important information, if you provide less transparency you are rigging the game in favor of the super rich. One more way the govt. is trying give it all to the super rich. What a joke, just typical of who you guys want to wins all the spoils.
