As an individual investor in the U.S. stock market, I was stunned to learn of a proposed rule change affecting when a form 13F is required to be filed. The proposed change moving assets under management from $100 million to $3.5 billion reeks of working against the small investor from a regulatory standpoint. Keeping potentially important information from small investors working to make informed decisions seems criminal to me. Investments made by these large money managers can drastically impact a small investors ability to be successful investors and I deploy you to the $100 million threshold as it is today.

Thank you.
