This is a terrible rule change. The SEC is giving a massive gift to the industry they are supposed to be supervising by giving up their oversight. If this passes we will need a Congressional investigation to see how this rule change came about and who profited. WE NEED MORE TRANSPARENCY, NOT LESS.
