This proposal will make important 13F information less available to investors, and less transparency in the stock market. Please do not enact this new requirement. It puts investors in the dark regarding the actions of investment firms and large investors. It puts the investors at a higher risk when investing. More information is better for all investors and transparency is critical for trust and compliance to trading laws.
