It is unconscionable that you would allow the reporting threshold to increase from $100 million to $3.5 billion. This is exactly the wrong approach. The reporting requirements are not so onerous that it could warrant this kind of rule change.....really, 35 times the previous requirement ???? We adamantly oppose this rule change.
