No. This proposal will get rid of fair and honest data for at-home traders. Its a blatant attack on non-institutional investors. SEC was formed to provide transparency, this proposal will get rid of that. If anything the threshold should be lower. The markets need to be fair and transparent. I strongly reject this proposal.
