This rule is absolutely not necessary as it should not be considered an administrative burden to file a disclosure document once per quarter in my opinion. This rule change will represent a disaster for the individual investor as well as a MAJOR issue of TRANSPARENCY.
There should be MORE transparency NOT LESS.
