This is a really bad proposal, as reducing the transparency will allow hiding a lot of critical information which a lot of individuals and organizations using this information for various purposes. This goes against the freedom for information, and will hurt the ability of the SEC itself to observe key changes which can significantly impact the market.
This proposal should be dropped out entirely.
