I am asking you to reconsider your proposal to raise the 13F reporting from $100 million to $3.5 billion. It may be more work to report on these "smaller" companies but in the interest of honesty, accountability and transparency I believe it is essential to have MORE rather than less. I consider it an essential tool for due diligence on these companies.
