This administration has made it incredibly easy for the average American to enter trading and this rule change would make it incredibly difficult for Americans to succeed. Increasing this reporting threshold will decrease transparency and reduce the amount of available data, which is antithetical to proper investing strategies. I urge the SEC to rescind this rule.
