This proposal is a direct threat to the American Dream. The meteoric rise of at-home traders and their disruption to the market is the sole reason this proposal has come about. This is a unjust attempt to destroy upward class mobility while promoting market manipulation. The market is continually changing and evolving as it always has. The rules should not be amended to appease the wants of financial giants. Like the traders and investors before them, they should be expected to adapt and overcome or simply accept their failure.
