Please don't allow this rule that benefits the richest in our nation be a detriment to the many in our nation who are retail investors. These actions and disclosures are important for knowing what is going on in the market and protecting retail investors from massive sellouts and buyout that would be otherwise undisclosed for tickers that trade on the lower exchanges. Keep capitalism transparent.
