I do not think that this amendment is in favor of the vast majority of Americans trying to break into the financial market. This would increase the risk for new investors and detract from their toolbox. Please do not enact a prohibitive measure that would prevent people from getting into the market. This is just one way to make an already uneven playing field more uneven
