So the rich aren't rich enough? Now all the people trading with hundreds or thousands of dollars are too much of a hindrance to those with hundreds of millions and billions? Those most affected will be those with the least to risk which simultaneously make them have the most to lose based on percentages. Easy prey for those holding all the weapons. Effecting risk assessment to this magnitude is immoral as well as disgraceful. Do not allow this proposal to become law.
