I am strongly opposed to the proposed rule change regarding Reporting Threshold for Institutional Investors. In no way is less transparency and data made publicly available a benefit to the average person. This proposed rule change dramatically benefits no one except institutional investors. This disclosure requirements were established to provide increased confidence in the US Securities exchange through increased transparency and reporting. Rolling back these vital requirements would only damage this confidence. Please reconsider this disastrous proposal.
