Reporting thresholds for fund managers should be maintained as it is today. Please do not implement the proposal that those with less than US$3.5bn in Assets under management to not have to report their holdings each quarter.
This will benefit the hedge funds only. Individual investors will no longer get to see hedge funds positions. It will help the common investors to know when such important investors increase/decrease or exit completely their stakes.
