The $3.5B AUM threshold is far too high and will exclude the vast majority of managers in the US market. This will severely limit market transparency and ultimately make the SEC far less effective in its ability to do its job. The SEC should fight to INCREASE market transparency, not decrease it. Please vote AGAINST this rule.
