I do not approve of the proposed S7-08-20, Reporting Threshold for Institutional Investment Managers. In this day in age, we need greater transparency. This is the exact opposite of what needs to be done today. Having better access to information is not as burdensome in today's electronic world. Only those who seek to hide truth would benefit from this rule making.
