While I believe the majority of this proposition will be helpful for all investors, the proposed change of raising the threshold from $100 million to $3.5 billion will simply majorly reduce transparency and information access for the average market participant. Around 90% of current filings in this section will no longer be necessary, while their importance in the market remains the same – it just wont be visible. Please, for the sake of transparency and fairness to the average investor, get more input for this decision.
